Terms and Conditions for MediaTel Group Seminars

Confirmation

When you have completed the order process you will be given a booking reference, please make a note of this in case of any queries regarding your booking.
Tickets are not sent out for this event, delegate names will be on the door.

Payment

Payment can be made by credit card using PayPal or by cheque.
Once your order has been processed a VAT invoice will be sent out within 14 days.
The MediaTel Limited payment terms are 30 days. Cheques should be made payable to MediaTel Limited.

MediaTel Group advise you not to pay using American Express. Paypal accepts payments by American Express cards, but the payment will be converted into US$ and back to GBP, and may result in the payment shown on your credit card statement being different to the amount you are invoiced.

Substitutions/Cancellations

In the event of the named delegate being unable to attend, a replacement delegate may be sent. Please inform the organisers of any changes to delegates. The registration fee is non-refundable. In the event of a delegate being unable to attend, the registration fee is still payable.

In the event of the seminar being cancelled a full refund for the cost of the seminar ticket will be made. MediaTel Limited cannot be held responsible for the cost of any travel or accommodation expenses incurred to reach the seminar venue.

MediaTel Limited reserves the right to make changes to the programme, location and/or speakers without prior notice.

Data Protection

By registering for a seminar MediaTel Group can provide you with information regarding your booking via post, email or phone.

Delegate details will not be passed on to any third parties.
Delegate details will only be used by MediaTel Group for marketing purposes if indicated on the booking page.
